THE HAY SAUNA
The new beauty farm and the relaxing baths vitalise the mind, the body and the soul. The health centre is open daily from 09.00 to 18.00. A Tyrolean Hay sauna is more than a bunch of dry grass. We admit that alpine plants like Erica and Gentian are perhaps not so famous as Sissi and Cleopatra are. Nevertheless, you will get to know the characteristics of the hay and appreciate them. Just try it! Like the Cleopatra bath, you will lay on a bed, but instead of milk, your entire body enveloped in hay. This treatment provides a beauty and a mental well being.

The Hay Saunas are known since the beginnings of the 19th century.
