Important information for your dream holiday in Trentino

Surcharge for use of a double room as a single room:
For the use of a double room as a single room, there is a surcharge of 50% of the price.

Weekend stays:
Weekend stays may only be booked short term.
There is a 10% surcharge for bookings for only one night.

Check-in and check-out:
On the day of your arrival, the room, free parking and all “Stua” services are available from 2:00pm. On your day of departure we ask that you leave the room by 11:00am.

In the event of a late check-in and early check-out, you will be charged the entire price of the room.

Non-smoking rooms:
All of the rooms are “non-smoking”.

Booking a preferred room number:
We will be glad to consider any preferences for rooms, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to book your preferred room number!

Cancellation policy:
For the cancellation of a stay within 30 days before arrival, there will be no penalty. If the cancellation takes place between the 30th and 15th day before arrival there will be a penalty of 50% of the agreed price; between the 14th and fourth day there will be a penalty of 75% of the agreed price; between the third and same day of arrival (or in the event of a NO show) there will be a penalty of 100% of the price.

Dogs:
Small dogs may stay at the hotel with prior request (daily charge €10.00). If a deep cleaning of the room is necessary at the end of the stay there will be a €30.00 charge.  Certain specific rooms may host our four-legged guests. Dogs may only access the following: the Sala del Bracconiere, the parlour and the garden. Access to the Sala di Sissi and Wellness area is prohibited.

New Year’s Eve Stay:
For New Year's Eve the St. Sylvester dinner will be organised, for an additional charge of Euro 50.00, added to the agreed half-board rate.
